Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Featrrr websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Featrrr (“Featrrr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, browsing creators, sending a proposal, or completing a transaction, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Featrrr on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Featrrr provides a platform that helps buyers and creators discover each other, exchange proposals, communicate, and process payments. Featrrr is not a party to contracts between buyers and creators except as a payment and platform services provider.

• Creators are independent contractors, not employees or agents of Featrrr.
• Featrrr does not guarantee the quality, timing, or legality of any deliverable.
• You are responsible for evaluating counterparties, scope, and suitability for your project.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Featrrr. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, applicable law, or payment network rules.

Featrrr supports structured proposals, acceptance flows, and payment processing through third-party providers such as Stripe. When a buyer funds a project, funds may be held until work is submitted and approved according to the product workflow displayed in the app.

• Platform fees, taxes, and payout timing are disclosed at checkout or in creator earnings tools.
• Creators may need to complete identity and payout onboarding with our payment partners.
• Chargebacks, disputes, and refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and payment partner rules.

You retain ownership of content you upload, including profile media, listings, messages, and deliverables. You grant Featrrr a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload content and that your content does not infringe third-party rights or violate law.

You may not misuse Featrrr. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, fraud, circumvention of platform fees, scraping, spam, impersonation, illegal services, malware, or attempts to bypass messaging or payment safeguards.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEATRRR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FEATRRR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the version and last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
