End User License Agreement

Subject to this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and the App Store or Google Play terms that apply to your download, Featrrr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Featrrr mobile application on devices you own or control for personal or internal business use.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the app except as expressly permitted by law. You may not use the app to build a competing service or to interfere with platform security.

Featrrr and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the application, including software, trademarks, and associated documentation. This EULA does not sell the app to you.

Featrrr may provide updates, patches, or feature changes. Some updates may be required to continue using certain functionality. Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis through in-app help and support channels.

The app integrates with third-party services such as Firebase, Stripe, and device permissions for camera, microphone, photos, and notifications. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

This license ends if you delete the app, if we terminate your account, or if you breach this EULA. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

If you downloaded the app from Apple’s App Store, Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. If you downloaded from Google Play, Google is a third-party beneficiary of applicable terms only to the extent required by Google’s policies.
